My stay at Heartland Hotel Glacier Country was delightful. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Prianka, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our room was clean and spacious, with features including comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast selection.

Parking was a real hassle with limited space, especially with tour buses around!!! The compact layout of the room made it uncomfortable to navigate, and the lack of outside sitting areas was disappointing!!! Improvements definitely needed!!!

Friendly staff in a tough situation

The Heartland Hotel was a refuge during a storm, providing warm hospitality and a cozy environment. The staff, especially Prianka, went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

The busy atmosphere led to some noise disturbances. I could hear doors closing and conversations from neighboring rooms, making it hard to find peace at times.

The room was spotlessly clean, and I loved that there was a lovely patio area for relaxing and a peaceful garden spot for morning coffee. A few noise disturbances from other guests popped up throughout my stay, but it didn't ruin the overall vibe. I’d recommend packing some earplugs just in case! 😊

Free parking and clean, non-smoking rooms. Wi-fi was sluggish at times.

The scenic location provides breathtaking views, making it ideal for sightseeing. The staff on the morning of checkout were helpful, highlighting some positive interactions during the stay. the room felt cramped with limited storage space, and the noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive. the fire alarm went off late at night due to another guest's oversight, which created an unsettling experience due to the lack of staff presence for coordination.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is perfect for exploring the stunning views of the Southern Alps and the mountains. Enjoyed being close to everything we needed!
